Vice President of Operations
Kathryn Henderson is Rosa Mexicano’s Vice President of Restaurant Operations.
Having recently served as Director of Operations at Food First Global Restaurants/ Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, Kathryn brings many years of restaurant operations experience to Rosa Mexicano. Previously in her career she’s also been involved with Landry’s Restaurants where she was on the leadership team at McCormick & Schmick’s, Lone Star, Sullivan’s and Del Frisco’s Steakhouse as well as Wendy’s International.
Kathryn is responsible for overseeing the operations at all Rosa Mexicano locations in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington DC, Maryland and California.
