Mexican breakfast isn’t just contained to the traditional items of eggs, omelets, pancakes or waffles. Variety is the spice of life and in Mexico it starts with breakfast. Soups, stews and even leftovers from dinner the night before can be served as a hearty start to the day. Our chef’s at Rosa Mexicano have made many culinary trips to all parts of Mexico. We are thrilled to have brought back some delicious authentic recipes from various regions of this great country that we hope you will enjoy as much as we do.
Start the day with a spicy spin on breakfast classics including Fried Eggs and Carnitas Hash; Nopales con Huevo (soft scrambled eggs and cactus paddle with chili and roasted peppers); and Cinnamon-Cascabel Chili Stuffed French Toast with caramelized plantains. ¡Buen Provecho!
