- Howard Greenstone, President & CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Rosa Mexicano restaurants, Howard Greenstone directs its fourteen restaurants in Atlanta, New York, Miami, National Harbor (MD), Hackensack (NJ), Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Boston and Washington DC. Since 2001, he has been a key leader in charting the restaurant group’s ambitious and strategic plans for national growth, created a proprietary series of on-site cooking classes and launched the company’s first commercial product line, RM Kitchen. Prior to joining Rosa Mexicano, Greenstone was Vice President of Dry Dock Restaurants in Weehawken, NJ, and Director of Operations of Sfuzzi restaurants in 10 states. Greenstone began his career in restaurant hospitality and management with the Grand Hyatt in New York and Hyatt Regency in Greenwich, CT. He later served as opening general manager of Aquavit restaurant in New York City. In 2009, he was named to the Board of Directors for STREETS International.
Under his direction, Rosa Mexicano has received both critical and popular local and national acclaim, including praise for its uniquely stylish and consistently crowd-pleasing atmosphere.

- Jason Berry, COO

Growing up in Los Angeles, Jason has always had a passion for cooking and dining. From a young age, he gravitated to food service, starting in fast food and working as a server to pay his way through. He attended the University of Southern California, where he received a BS in Business Entrepreneurship and Japanese, and later attended The Wharton School, where he received an MBA in Marketing. After many years with Houston's/Hillstone Restaurants, Jason joined Rosa in 2005 as Regional Director of Operations. Jason helped grow the company from three to fifteen locations. In 2010, Jason added Rosa Mexicano's beverage development and operations to his list of responsibilities and helmed an overhaul of the Rosa Mexicano cocktail program. In 2011, Jason was promoted to COO, in which he currently oversees operations for the entire company.
- Christian Plotczyk, VP of Culinary Operations

Christian Plotczyk's love for the restaurant business began with his first back-of-the-house job when he was 14 years old, as a dishwasher for a neighborhood restaurant in his home state Massachusetts. Since then, he has moved to Miami, FL and remained steadfast in the kitchen, pursuing his culinary career at respected Miami destinations such as the Avalon Hotel, executive chef at China Grill, and eight years at Asia de Cuba as their executive chef. Christian then went on to spend four years as the culinary director for Kimpton brand hotels and restaurants before recently bringing his self-developed talent and passion for culinary excellence to the Rosa Mexicano family as the new Corporate Chef in February 2008. Christian continues to inspire and develop the Rosa Mexicano brand with his extensive experience and unwavering talent.

Cory is an innovative marketing and communications executive with 15 years of experience in the casual & fine dining, sports, media & entertainment industries. Prior to joining Rosa Mexicano, Cory was Director and Senior Marketing Manager for Patina Restaurant Group, a leading multi-concept operator in the premium and casual dining segments of the restaurant and food service industries. Cory has an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from Northwestern University.
