Veracruzana Sauce
Inspired by the coastal region of Mexico and made with a blend of tomatoes, capers, olives and jalapeños, this sauce is perfect for serving with all types of seafood.
Ingredients: Tomato puree (filtered water, tomato paste), whole peeled plum tomatoes, onions, red pepper, sliced jalapeño peppers (jalapeño s, vinegar, water, salt, spices), diced poblano peppers, capers (capers, water, vinegar, salt), sliced olives (olives, water, vinegar, salt), olive oil, garlic, cilantro, parsley, sugar, dried mint, salt, dried bay leaf.
